My wife and I were recommended Ryan through a friend. Ryan was prompt and helpful, making the selling and buying process very simple despite the other realtors working with those buying our old home and selling our new home not being as responsive. He put up with a zillion questions from us with patience and courtesy. We were going to buy, he convinced us to make our initial offer $30k under the listing price, despite that cutting into his own commission! (Though, we didn't get that price in the end.)
