Kelly recently sold a Condo for me. Before selling I was renting it using a management company to handle the lease(s). When I decided to sell, I thought it would a good idea for the management company to list it (they know the property, their realtors). Well, that did not work out. The Condo sat for a few months with no real deals. I told them sell as is and that I was willing to negotiate. They wanted me to spend money doing things such as painting etc., saying it would help with selling. After four months, I had had enough. I called Kelly, and I'm glad I did. She had already sold two homes and purchased one for me, so I knew her well and felt very comfortable calling to exampling things (i.e., my frustration). She quickly reviewed my listing agreement and gave me good advice. I cancelled my agreement with the management company and signed a new with Kelly. Why? Kelly sells and buys homes and she's very good at that. She doesn't manage properties and plays realtor. When it comes to buying and selling, Kelly has experience, knowledge, and tools that probably most management companies do not. Two weeks after listing with Kelly I got an offer. Kelly negotiated a good deal that I was comfortable with; and grateful, sold sooner than I expected. I highly recommend Kelly and her Team.
