Brittany Schuit brings a unique blend of leadership, discipline, and heart to her work as a real estate agent. A former University of Maryland Women’s Lacrosse player, NCAA Champion, U.S. National Team player, professional athlete, and longtime coach at the youth, club, collegiate, and international levels, Brittany has built her career around preparation, communication, teamwork, and helping others reach their goals.

Brittany was drawn to real estate because she loves guiding people through meaningful life transitions. Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a place full of memories, relocating, or searching for a fresh start, Brittany’s goal is to make the process feel clear, supported, and personal. Her coaching background gives her a strong ability to listen, educate, advocate, and stay steady through high-pressure moments.

Outside of real estate, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, staying connected to the lacrosse community, being involved in her church, and using her platform to make a positive impact locally and internationally. She is passionate about serving others with honesty, energy, and purpose, and she is excited to help clients find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home.
