Scarlett Parish
As a transplant to Maryland from New York City via the Caribbean, Scarlett has a love for the region that comes from ten years of exploring her chosen home territory, from hiking around Prettyboy Reservoir up in the county to discovering the charms of city neighborhoods like Remington and Hampden. In the decade prior to coming to Maryland, Scarlett first learned about the world of real estate while living on the island of Saint Barthélemy in the French West Indies, one of the most dynamic property markets in the world. Since departing the island and moving to Baltimore County in 2015, she has fallen in love with Maryland’s charm and diversity, living in Sparks, Monkton, and Lutherville before settling in Baltimore City after graduating from Loyola University. Her personal experience exploring Maryland’s unique neighborhoods gives her a firsthand understanding of what makes each area special.
Coming from a family immersed in real estate investing, renovations, and interior design, Scarlett cultivated a keen ability to recognize a property’s potential.
